While other buildings of the factory were demolished or renovated the administrative building is still abandoned. The late baroque style building was constructed in 1781 and expanded by a truss extension. During the GDR the factory produced Ovens and heating devices under the name &#8216;VEB Gas- und Heizger\u00e4tewerk M\u00e4gdesprung&#8217;.
