Just after 4 years times changed, the GDR didn&#8217;t exist anymore and all its vacation homes closed down or were turned into hotels. The latter happened to this building. It got renamed into Hotel &#8216;Gl\u00fcck Auf&#8217; and run as a regular hotel. It&#8217;s unclear when it closed down, but we expect it to have happened somewhere in the late 90s. The building was set on fire multiple time, but the biggest and most devastating fire happened in November 2020.
