Today I went on a trip again to explore the castle Henriette in Helmsdorf. Since it isn’t accessible normally, I paid to move freely on the property. The building was larger and more decayed than I expected. Some rooms still had working power, which created an unforgettable atmosphere. As I heard that a local organization is trying to fix up the building, I expected to see a lot of construction equipment inside, but it really only concentrated in two rooms, which I was happy about. Overall it was totally worth the money. Afterward I tried some other locations I had on my map in the area but really without success. Finally the last one was something that worked. This one I entered in old and free manner. I don’t have information yet, but I guess it used to be some kind of textile warehouse or factory due to notes scattered around its floor.
