Capturing decay.

Children’s hospital Wippra

The hospital was built to treat children with tuberculosis in the year 1930 and was led by Dr. Berta Bals. After tuberculosis became less and less common in Germany, the building was renovated to a regular children’s hospital in 1967. The hospital closed down in 1997 and is left to decay since then.
