The factory belonged to the ‘DSG-Betrieb Suhl’ (Deutscher Saatgut Betrieb) although being situated in Meiningen. In the building, several seeds for agricultural purpose in the GDR were produced. It can be assumed it closed down after the end of the GDR in 1990.
