On the property are several buildings like an Administration building and a couple of factory halls. The facility belonged to the mine Voß II and produced coal briquettes. Later on it was integrated in the Braunkohlenkombinat (BKK) “Erich Weinert” Deuben, which belongs to the Mibrag nowadays. The north part of the area, to which the former administration building belongs, is used as an event location.
